The old building in Gubener Straße 37 is currently undergoing extensive renovation measures in close cooperation with the authority responsible for monument preservation. The balconies of the front building are completely remodeled, the entire staircases are modernized and the hitherto unused blank roof storey is developed for habitation. The first works are already in full progress.
